About this TYPO3 CMS driven website for Eigen Haard

Eigen Haard is a housing Corporation in Amsterdam and surroundings. This website featured a project to sell houses in a completely newly developed area of the city.

This website is not operational anymore because all the houses have been sold.

Functions and Technique

Functionalities include the option to watch the appartments and houses per building and per floor, and going deeper the specifications per house. We solved this in a more logical and affordable way than how it was done before, and this became common practice.

Furthermore, people could respond per house and the status of availability could be managed by the website owner.

Design and Content

A design company created the layout. We created the system and refined the design to fit it into mobile and pc screens.

Results and Maintenance

It worked wonderfull because the houses were all sold in an earlier stage than expected. We hosted and maintained the website during the online period of one and a half year.
