Click on the button "+ Content" and the possibilities will unfold automatically. The choice is huge, potentially, but that can be tailored to the needs of the editor. Click on Text & Media and from here you can do almost anything: text, images and videos can be added and edited.

A content element can be set to hidden while it is still being edited. The page is then visible online, but this element is not.

Various alignment functions are available, as well as text formatting tools. So you can manipulate everything in the text and, for example, also create links and buttons.

  • Want to move quickly with similar content? You can easily copy and paste or cut and paste content elements, including multiple content elements at once.
  • Do you want a content element such as a paragraph or an image not to be visible on the website, but to be visible to a logged-in editor? This can be done by setting the content element to "hidden".
  • Do you want a website login for certain content in a web page while the rest of the page is visible to regular visitors? Content elements can be hidden until a visitor has logged in.
  • Do you want to publish a content element at a certain time, but have it ready in advance? You can schedule a date and time to release the piece of text or image or video to the public. You can also do that to hide a content element in the future. This could possibly also be done in the "workflow" functionality in TYPO3 where someone checks the content before releasing it.
  • Do you want to create links in the text or images? This can be done very easily in TYPO3.
  • Do you want to give a content element a different place in the page? Cutting and pasting to other pages has already been mentioned, but you can also do that within a page, and you can also drag and drop within a page.
  • Want to fine-tune for SEO? You can edit anything at any time. For example, you can easily adjust the headings (h1, h2, h3 and so on).
