This video shows the basics of how to create a form and how to place it on the page. This is somewhat boring and there is no music, but you get a good impression. You see that you can create something in five minutes, a "Call to Action" with which you can then generate a lot of response. (But you can optionally skip through the middle part. At the end, the form is placed in the web page.)

You can add and style all conceivable fields for a form. In this video you can see a common setup that is sufficient for the average website. But it can be more extensive, it can be done in steps, it can be done with conditions and dependencies. Anyway, it can be done with a "thank you" page, which makes it useful to measure for your statistics, and that is useful for any website.

In this demo I can't show everything, that's what the floors are for, but you can see, among other things, how to make fields mandatory and how you can enter an e-mail address where the forms should arrive.
